Incomly ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in our iOS application Incomly.

Incomly does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All data you enter into the app — including earnings, subscriptions, fixed costs, expenses, and settings — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.

All your financial data is stored locally on your iPhone. We have no servers, no databases, and no ability to access your data. Your data never leaves your device.

Incomly does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.

Incomly requests microphone access solely to enable the voice entry feature, which allows you to add subscriptions and expenses by speaking. Audio is processed entirely on-device using Apple's Speech Recognition framework. No audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted to any server.

Incomly requests photo library access solely to allow you to set a profile photo. Your photos are not shared with us or any third party. The selected photo is stored locally on your device only.

Incomly uses Apple's on-device Speech Recognition framework for voice entry. No voice data is sent to our servers. Apple's own privacy policy governs their speech recognition service.

You can delete all your data at any time by going to Profile → Danger Zone → Delete All Data. Alternatively, deleting the app from your iPhone will remove all associated data permanently.

Incomly is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

As Incomly does not collect, process, or store any personal data on external servers, GDPR obligations regarding data processing do not apply. All data remains on your device under your full control at all times.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
