Welcome to Incomly! To get started, add your freelance income, set up your tax and social contribution rates in Settings, then begin tracking subscriptions and expenses. Your real take-home pay updates automatically.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework. We do not have servers, and your information never leaves your iPhone.
Does Incomly work offline?
Yes. Incomly works entirely offline. No internet connection is required for any core features.
How do I back up my data?
We recommend regularly backing up your iPhone via iCloud or iTunes. Since all data is local, your Incomly data is included in your standard iPhone backup.
Can I use Incomly on iPad or Mac?
Incomly is currently designed for iPhone. iPad and Mac support may come in a future update.
Troubleshooting
Voice entry is not working
Make sure Incomly has microphone permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone. Also ensure you have a stable internet connection for on-device speech recognition to initialize.
App is crashing
Please make sure you are running the latest version of Incomly from the App Store. If the issue persists, try restarting your iPhone or reinstalling the app (your data will be preserved if you use iCloud backup).
Tax calculations look incorrect
Double-check your tax and social contribution rates in Settings. Incomly uses the rates you enter to calculate estimates. These are for informational purposes only and not a substitute for professional advice.
