By downloading or using Incomly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Incomly is a personal finance tracking app designed for freelancers and self-employed individuals. It helps you track subscriptions, fixed costs, expenses, and calculate your real take-home pay after tax and social contributions.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Incomly on your Apple devices as permitted by these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

All data you enter into Incomly is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We recommend regularly backing up your iPhone via iCloud or iTunes to prevent data loss.

Incomly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The financial calculations provided by Incomly are estimates for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

The tax and social contribution calculations in Incomly are approximations based on the rates you enter. Incomly does not guarantee the accuracy of these calculations. Tax laws vary by country and change over time. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on the app's calculations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Incomly and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

Incomly may offer optional Pro subscription features through Apple's in-app purchase system. All purchases are processed by Apple. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

All content, design, code, and assets in Incomly are the intellectual property of Abdellatif Mellal Ennaciri. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alicante, Spain.
